Order processing
Ordering takes place via www.klippanylefabrik.se or www.klippanylefabrik.com. For an order to be binding, the order must be confirmed in writing by Klippan Yllefabrik before delivery. This means, among other things, that if the range has been discontinued or for some other reason the product is not available with the observance of reasonable efforts, Klippan Yllefabrik is not obliged to provide such product even though the customer ordered the same as above.
DELIVERY TIMES
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Your order will be sent the same day if the order is confirmed before 1 p.m CET on weekdays. Otherwise, it will be sent the next non-holiday weekday.
If a delivery delay occurs, the customer will be notified via e-mail or phone call. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in case of long-term delivery delays. Klippan Yllefabrik reserves the right to exonerate itself from all claims for compensation from the customer regarding delivery delays.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL
Your package is sent with the carrier Postnord. Outside Sweden, DPD delivers your package.
When we dispatch your order, a delivery confirmation is sent to your email. There you will find your shipment number. Here you can track your package using your tracking number:
