WOOL EXPERTS SINCE 1879

Klippan Yllefabrik is a family-run business, and today the fourth and fifth generations work side by side to carry on the tradition. We manufacture our blankets and throws – from wool to finished product – in our own factory. We source our wool directly, without any middlemen, which is important to us in order to ensure quality and traceability.

Klippan Yllefabrik operates from two locations. Our head office, distribution centre and factory shop are situated in Klippan, Skåne, where it all began in 1879. Our SEDEX-audited factory, Klippan Saule, is located in Latvia and forms part of Klippan Yllefabrik AB.

SEDEX certification means that we have undergone an ethical audit to ensure that, amongst other things, our working conditions, environmental performance and business ethics meet high standards.

All our products are OEKO-TEX® certified. They are tested to ensure they are free from harmful chemicals, heavy metals and other harmful substances.
