Right to cancel order
You have the right to cancel you order up to 30 days from the day you received the product. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday or Sunday, red day or holiday, the period of time is extended to the next working day. Pack the goods well in original packaging and package properly. It is very important that the delivery note is attached to the package you are returning.
In order for your right to cancel, the product must be returned to us in the same quantity and in the same condition as when you received it. If the value of the item you are returning is reduced by more than necessary, you must cover this reduction in value.
If you use the right of cancellation, we will refund you without any delay and not later than 14 days from the time we received the return. The refund is made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In the case of returns, a confirmation is sent via email to you that the return has been handled. The cost of original shipping is not refunded for returns.
Exceptions where the right of cancellation does not apply
The right of cancellation does not apply to textiles by the meter that have been specially cut according to the consumer's wishes.
DO YOU WANT TO CREATE A RETURN?
Are you a customer outside of Sweden?
You'll find a return shipping label in the package with the goods, follow the steps next to make a return.
1. Pack the items you're returning in their original packaging.
2. Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
3. Take your package to your local post office and send it back to us.
If you choose to use the return label provided by us, the amount of 14€ will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Customer in Sweden
To make a return, you must register it digitally via our return service.
2. Pack the goods well in original packaging and package properly. Cut off the lower part of the packing slip and enclose in the package. You will then receive an email or SMS from us with a QR code to be scanned by your PostNord agent. (Return code is sent weekdays excluding weekends between 8-15)
3. Hand in your package to one of PostNord's delivery points and ask them to scan the QR code you received from us. They print your return shipping slip for you on the spot.
4. That was all! We handle your return as soon as we receive your return package. You will receive a message from us when we have processed your return.
COMPLAINT
If, upon receiving your package, you discover that the shipment is visibly damaged in transit, this must be reported immediately to the parcel agent. This applies both to home delivery and when you collect the package yourself from an agent.
If you received the wrong product, if the product is damaged or if there is something wrong with the product, please contact us immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we can help you with the error through, redelivery, price reduction, replacement or canceling the purchase. If there is a fault with the product, you must notify Klippan Yllefabrik of the fault within a reasonable time after the fault was discovered, or should have been discovered. Notifications that are submitted within two months after you notice the error must always be considered to have been submitted in time. The right to complaint applies in addition to the right of cancellation. In the event of complaints and errors, Klippan Yllefabrik pays for any shipping costs. The refund is made with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.
UNSOLVED PACKAGES
If you do not collect your order and allow the package to return as unclaimed, you will be charged 14€ for the shipping cost.
