Withdrawal form

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act and the EU Consumer Protection Directive.
The cancellation period begins on the day you received the goods. Please complete the form below to exercise your right of cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your request.
Please note that you use the enclosed return label to send your parcel back. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the return. If you use the return label provided by us, the amount of 14€ will be deducted from the refunded amount.
