Our classic children's throw Havanna Kids is made of 100% organic lamb's wool. The lamb's wool is completely free from pesticides and no chemicals or antibiotics have been used during breeding. Havanna Kids has a beautiful pattern with colors in several tones and is perfect to take with you on walks or on the sofa. Matches nicely with our Havana throw.

That is why, from the start in 1879, we have chosen to always use 100% natural materials. All our throws and blankets are made from scratch in our Oeko-Tex® certified factory.

On a farm just outside Klippan, we did a test. We covered weeds with wool blankets and made new growing beds. After a year there were no traces of wool in the ground.
Klippan Yllefabrik is located at two units, in two locations. The head office is located in Skåne's Klippan, where it all began more than 140 years ago. Manufacturing takes place with great care in our Oeko-Tex® certified factory Klippan Saule in Riga, Latvia.
You can rest assured that we follow and take responsibility for every step, from raw material to finished product. We buy natural materials, we spin, we dye, we warp, we weave and we brush our wool.
Together we take pride in our products. A plaid or blanket from us is a sustainable and environmentally friendly choice throughout life.
We are constantly working to make our products as environmentally friendly as possible. A deliberate work that has so far produced the following results:
- We have reduced our energy use to manufacture a plaid by more than 50% in five years.
- The plastic bags we use for our blankets and throws are made from recycled plastic.
